Teacher reluctantly says goodbye after 41 years

For the first time in more than four decades, classes will start this year at Lewis Cass High School in Walton, Ind., without Mike Whitehouse. The jovial, mustachioed, retired agriculture teacher will be featured in the next issue of Purdue Agriculture Connections. The issue will be mailed out Aug. 16, but you can get a sneak preview of Whitehouse and his remarkable career by watching this video by Purdue's Kelsey Getzin.
