Diagnostic Training Center
The IN-OH In-Field Diagnostic Training Center was established by area Extension educators in 1990, and its location alternated between Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio for several years before being permanently located at NEPAC in 1995 and renamed the NEPAC DTC in 1998. Each year, usually in June, training is conducted at NEPAC for Commercial Pesticide Applicators, Certified Crop Advisors, and farmers. Tours, special training events, and the annual NEPAC Field Day use NEPAC's various plots of corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.

for pond and environmental management workshops. The timber parcels located at NEPAC are jointly managed with the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources.
