Some projects do have earlier deadlines for enrollment and animal identification

Select one option to complete the 4-H program enrollment process:

On-Line Enrollment – allows you to enroll in the program and projects.  Must also print-out and send in the release form with membership enrollment fees.

Enrollment Form – allows you to print out the enrollment form.  A completed and signed form may be given to a club leader or delivered to the Purdue Extension Office with membership fee payment.
