Bartholomew County 4-H
Fair Fit 5K Run/Walk
Saturday, June 22 the Bartholomew County 4-H Program will be hosting a 4-H Fair Fit 5K Run/Walk. This activity benefits the 4-H Youth of Bartholomew County who participate in the 4-H Camp. For registration information and the release form click on the link at the top of this Hot Topic.
Lunch
4-H Drive thru Lunch
Thursday, June 27 come to the Extension Office and get your Pre-Fair Pork Burger. The Bartholomew County 4-H Program is having their annual 4-H Drive thru Lunch starting at 11 a.m. and lasting until 1 p.m. For cost and complete menu click on the link at the top of this Hot Topic. Pre orders can be placed by calling the Extension Office.
Clean Sweep

Pesticide Clean Sweep

Indiana Pesticide Clean Sweep is scheduled for August 21 , 9am to 3 pm, at Bartholomew County Fairgrounds.  Those wanting to dispose of materials up to 250 pounds are asked to register in writing by July 29.  Disposal of greater than 250 pounds is available for a fee.

 

This event provides an inexpensive and legal method for disposal of pesticides that may be suspended, canceled, banned, unusable, or just unwanted.
