Why join 4-H Junior Leaders?
- Serving as a a 4-H Junior Leader is an honor, an opportunity, and a responsibility. You become can become a Leader NOT a Follower. By being a Junior Leader, you can:
Ø Help younger 4-H members learn about 4-H.
Ø Help develop a local and county 4-H club program. (Junior Leaders serve on the Extension Board, 4-H Council and 4-H Fariboard as voting members representing the youth of Blackford County.
Ø Develop your ability to work with others.
Ø Make new friends.
Ø Become eligible for 4-H trips, awards, and scholarships.
Ø Develop your abilities to plan, organize, and reason.
Ø Be a leader in your community.
Ø Volunteer to help better the 4-H program and community.
