4-H Online Enrollment is now closed. If you still want to be a part of 4-H please contact the Extension Office to get information about the 4-H programs in surrounding counties.

4-H Enrollment Revision Form  Use this form to delete projects, change clubs, and to notify the Extension Office of address and phone changes. 

 Mini 4-H Enrollment Form Fill out this form and turn it into the Extension Office. You can mail it, drop it off during business hours or put it in the silver drop box after hours.
