Application Information

4-H Club

 

Senior in High School, 4-H club member for at least 4 yr. & enrolling in Purdue - School of Ag or past academic units of CFS at West Lafayette

·   Award 46 per year @ varying rate of fee admission

·   Application – due electronically by January 25.

Carroll Co. 4-H Scholarship

4-H’er finishing their senior year of high school.

·   Apply by June 1st.

 

Carroll Co. Ag. Assoc. / Hog Slat – TDM Farms Scholarship

4-H’er finishing their senior year of high school who has participated in a 4-H ag project.

·   Apply by January 15th.

 

Carroll County Extension Homemaker

Parent or Grandparent must be a Carroll County Extension Homemaker

·   Award 4 - $200 scholarships

·   Application due April 15.

Indiana 4-H Resume Accomplishment

 

Grade 10 through 1st year after the last year of 4-H eligibility

·   Award 23 Project @ $500 - $1000, 3 Purdue @1000 and 3 Overall @ up to $2000 & silver tray

·   Application – due electronically by January 25

·   Interview for semi-finalist – March 16, 2013.

Indiana 4-H Foundation

 

4-H’ers finishing their senior year of high school.

·   Award 150 + @ $250.00 - $500.

·   Application – due electronically by January 25.

National 4-H Conference

 

Grade 10 through 12

·   Trip to Washington D.C. – April 6 – 11, 2013 - Work with USDA staff on 4-H issues

·   Notified in December for the trip

·   Majority of trip is sponsored.  Your cost is $200 deposit plus incidentals (about $100)

·   Application – due electronically by December 1.

·   Interview for Semi-finalist – Dec. 11, 2012.

National 4-H Congress

 

Grade 10 through 12

·   Trip to Atlanta, GA – November 29 - December 3, 2013 - Community service and leadership topics.

·   Notified in March 2013.

·   Majority of trip is sponsored.  Your cost is $200 deposit plus incidentals (about $100)

·   Application – due electronically by January 25.
