DUBOIS COUNTY EXTENSION HOMEMAKERS
WHO WE ARE
The Dubois County Extension Homemaker Association is a part of the Indiana Extension
Homemakers Association. The Association is sponsored by the Indiana Cooperative
Extension Service of Purdue University.
The purpose of the Association is to strengthen families through continuing education,
leadership development and volunteer community support. Educational programs areas
include Foods & Nutrition; Human Development; Family Resource Management,
and Health & Wellness.
As an Extension Homemaker you have an opportunity to continue education, become a
leader, grow personally, meet others in educatioanl and social settings, share experiences
and information, keep up-to-date on trends and research; develop skills.
VISION STATEMENT
The Indiana Extension Homemakers Association shall reach out to all segments of society
in an effort to nurture families and homes across the state of Indiana, with compassion
and without prejudice.
