Sue Holmes is the Extension Associate in Health and
Human Sciences (HHS) in Grant County. Sue works 1/2 time, with
primary office days on Tuesday and Thursday.
The goal of the HHS
program is to improve the lives of families and
individuals throughout Grant County. The Grant County
Extension office collaborates with many other agencies, community
organizations, and educational groups to address the
needs in our community. The Consumer and Family Sciences Extension
Educator can help by providing education in areas such
as:
Purdue
Extension in Grant County also conducts the Family
Nutrition Program (FNP) through two Program Assistants
working under the supervision of the HHS Extension
Educator.
Extension is making a difference for families -
providing people with the knowledge to face the critical
issues of today head-on; and then giving them a
hands-on, practical way of putting that knowledge to
work.
