Butterfly Workshop:

Learn to attract and raise your own Monarch and other butterflies! At our free workshops, you will discover where to find them, how they grow from caterpillar to beautiful butterfly, what they eat and how to attract them to your yard.

Have a Healthy Baby Classes

 · Are you expecting a baby?

· Do you have questions about what is safe to eat during your pregnancy?

· Join us for an hour each week (5 weeks) to learn about how to have a healthy baby and to talk with other pregnant women.

· Free baby items for participants at each class!

· Please call 260-358-4826 or email kdhinsha@purdue.edu to register. 

These classes will be held at the Courthouse Annex, 2nd Floor
meeting room located at 354 N Jefferson Street in Huntington.

Block Parties

The Purdue Extension Office of Huntington County invites you and your children to a Block Party ! Your child can:

· Gain basic education skill in math, reading, science and more.

· Positively interact with peers and adults as they are prepared for future school settings.

· Have fun with blocks! 

 The next Block Party is scheduled for May 14 at 5 p.m., and A Block Party training will be held for childcare providers at 6 p.m. Both events will be at Life's Little Treasure's Childcare at 500 W. Logan St. in Markle.
