
HOME FOOD PRESERVATION
The Home Food Preservation course is designed for individuals that have very little knowledge of food preservation - the beginner. It is designed to teach consumers correct and safe, up-to-date, home food preservation. Classes meet five times and each class is approximately six hours long. It is a mix of dialogue learning, PowerPoints, videos, demonstrations and hands-on.

• Freezing Foods
• Boiling Water Bath
• Jams and Jellies
• Pressure Canning
• Pickling and Dehydrating
