FREE party for young children ages 8 months to 8 years and young parents under the age of 24 to play together. Playing with blocks can provide experiences for children to learn. Refreshments will be served and the first 30 to register and attend will receive a free set of blocks.
2013 Southern Indiana Youth Leadership Forum Registration
The first annual Southern Indiana Youth Leadership Forum. The Teen Council includes representatives from Purdue University Extension... Area 2 counties: Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Lawrence, Orange, Scott and Washington.
Our goal for the forum is to provide high-profile examples that demonstrate the power of leadership, citizenship and character to aspiring Indiana youth leaders. This year’s forum highlights the elements of citizenship. Three breakout workshop sessions will be offered and will include such topics as Coping and Preventing Bullying, International Involvement, our Global Connection, and Citizenship in Action. The forum is open to all youth in Southern Indiana.
