Junior Leaders is open to any 4-H member in grades 7-12 and provides the opportunity to assist Adult 4-H Volunteers in their 4-H Clubs and related activities. Junior Leaders serve as mentors and role models to the younger 4-H members by sharing their experiences with them. Monroe County also offers countless opportunities for Jr. Leaders to meet and serve the community.

The Junior Leader year is from November until the county fair. Requirements for completion on the County level  and the schedule of events are listed below:
