Things to bring with you to the fair:
Your My Record of Achievement Form - Can be printed on standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper. In the past it was printed on cardstock. This is no longer necessary.

The new Perry Co. 4-H Survey Perry Co. 4-H Survey Completion of 3 activities in project manuals is due at fair time. See project requirements in the 4-H Handbook to see which projects require completion of project manuals.
Upon turning in My Record of Achievement and the Perry Co. 4-H Survey, 4-H members will receive a discount on a fair pass. See fair rules for more information. (4-H Explorers get into the fair for free and do not turn in either of these forms.)
Read the 4-H Handbook for more information on exhibiting projects at the 4-H Fair. If you want to complete your project at a time other than the fair, read page 21 for more information. Contact Renate or your club leader to complete.
Watch this Power Point to learn more about what to do the day of project check in (July 10). Make sure you have reviewed your 4-H handbook for dates of projects that are due before July 10.
