Pike County 4-H Enrollment Forms
It's that time of year again!
It's time to enroll in Pike County 4-H! Enrollment forms can be picked up at the Extension Office and several forms can be downloaded from this site (see below).
2013 4-H Enrollment Changes
The biggest change is that our enrollment deadline has moved! Both Future 4-H & 4-H Enrollments are due on April 1, 2013.
To be considered a member in good standing...
Future 4-H'ers - enrollment forms must be filed in the Extension Office by April 1.
4-H'ers - Both enrollment forms and State 4-H Program Fees must be filed in the Extension Office by April 1. Additionally, all livestock members must file all livestock forms on or before the species' deadlines (see below for a list of deadlines).
You now have two ways to enroll in Pike County 4-H:
#1. Complete and return a paper 4-H enrollment form, as done in the past.
#2. Enroll online at https://www.four-H.purdue.edu/enroll. (For a step-by-step guide, 
please see Hamilton County's online enrollment instructions.)
To complete your 4-H enrollment, members in grades 3-12 must also pay the State 4-H program fee. The fee is $15 per member, with a maximum of $45 per family household address. Please pay enrollment fees to the Extension Office! Payment options are:
* Cash - in office only
* Check/Money Order - in office or by mail, payable to Pike CES
* Credit Card - online only
NOTE FOR MEMBERS IN GRADES 3-12: If any of the enrollment requirements are not met, you will not be eligible for premium money, showmanship or the livestock auction.

Livestock Forms for Beef & Dairy Cattle, Dairy & Meat Goats, Sheep & Swine are available in the Extension Office. (These are the four-part carbonless forms used for State Fair.)
Enrollment for Horse & Pony, Pygmy Goats and Llama must be completed online. Visit https://www.four-h.purdue.edu/enroll/memfind_sf.cfm to enroll for these species.
Remember to meet these 2013 4-H deadlines!
April 1: 4-H & Future 4-H Enrollment Forms Due; 4-H Program Fees for members in grades 3-12 Due in Extension Office
April 1: Beef enrollment forms due (except for registered heifers)
May 15: Livestock Lease Agreements Due
May 15: Beef enrollment for registered heifers due. Also, Horse, Goat, Llama, Sheep & Swine enrollments due.
June 1: Poultry & Rabbit enrollment forms due.
June 1: Freestyle Project Proposals due in the Extension Office.
June 1: Music exhibitors must declare project completion option (poster, notebook or recital); notify the Extension Office as soon as possible.
