Putnam 4-H Program & Project Handbook Info
This book is printed annually and is available for $3 in hard copy from the Putnam Extension office. It is free to download below or one may stop by the Extension office where we will provide each 4-H family with a free CD of the handbook. Each year a new manual is released around February 1. Below is the link to the 2012 edition. Updates and corrections are logged below. Please email us if you find an error.
