Purdue Extension Offers Pesticide Applicator Recertification Program

Purdue Extension – Randolph County will be hosting a pesticide applicator recertification program on Wednesday, January 16.  The program will begin at 1:00 PM at the Randolph County 4-H Fairgrounds and end at approximately 3:15 PM. 

Topics and speakers for the program are:  Weed Control Update by Bill Johnson, Purdue University; and Fertilizer Applicator Regulations by Dan Kirtley and Larry Temple, Purdue Extension Educators.

Participants wanting private pesticide applicator credits must bring $10 and their private applicator number.  Two CCH’s in Category 1 and RT and 1 CCH in Category 14 have been approved.
