How to Enroll in 4-H
A new year will be here before we know it, which means 4-H enrollment is right around the corner! There are several ways in which you can enroll, so hopefully you’ll find one that works for you. You may begin enrolling any time after December 15.
Options for enrolling in 4-H:
Fill out an enrollment form in the Extension Office
The Extension Office is located at the Randolph County 4-H Fairgrounds, 1885 S US Hwy 27, Winchester. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Enroll online at the Extension Office website
The website is www.ag.purdue.edu/counties/randolph and simply follow the link to enroll online. You may pay the enrollment fee online, or come into the Extension Office to pay.
Mail your enrollment form and fee
You may mail the form to the Extension Office (address above). Forms can be picked up at the Extension Office, from your 4-H leader, or at your school’s main office (beginning in January).
Attend a County Enrollment Night
Enrollment Nights are held at the 4-H Fairgrounds and are set up to let you explore all the projects that are offered, to ask questions, meet your 4-H leader, sign up for 4-H, and pick up all your project materials.

Enrollment Fees: Each 4-H'er will be asked to pay a $15 state fee in addition to the $5 county enrollment fee. If a family has more than three (3) 4-H'ers, the state fee will be limited to $45 per family, but each 4-H'er will still need to pay the $5 county fee regardless of family size. Enrollment in 4-H will not be considered complete until the enrollment fees are paid. If financial assistance is needed, please contact the Extension Office. Those enrolling in Mini 4-H (K-2 grade) only pay $1.00 to enroll in the program.
