4-H DEADLINE POLICY
Sullivan County 4-H member enrollment forms, livestock enrollment forms and pen reservations must be received by their deadline dates. There will be a 15 (fifteen) day grace period for the annual enrollment forms. No 4-H enrollment forms will be accepted after the 15 day grace period has passed. There will be a 15 day grace period for livestock enrollment or pen reservations. After the deadline, but during the grace period, there will be a $25 penalty. Late livestock enrollment will not be eligible to exhibit the livestock at the state fair. Late pen reservations will be assigned as space is available. There will be no exceptions for all other deadlines. Only first year members will be exempt. Appeals may be made through the grievance procedure for special causes.
