Online 4-H Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2013 4-H Year is now open!

Online 4-H enrollment is now available in Tippecanoe County.  You can sign up online and pay your state program fee via debit or credit card.  Paper copies of the enrollment form are still available at the office or can be downloaded on the county 4-H website.   

Step By Step Directions  Print off directions

 Do not use the back button on your browser.  If you need to make changes, continue through the screens until you get to the screen to submit the enrollment.  At this point you can select from the tool bar which section you need to return to make changes.

1.  If you are a new 4-H member or did not enroll online last year, enroll through the New Member button. 
       If you re-enrolling and enrolled online last year, Login and enroll for the 2013 4-H year. 

2. County:  Select Tippecanoe in both boxes

3. General Information: Fill out the form

Parents, if you are filling out the information for your child, select box at the top of the screen to submit the consent pages electronically.  If not submitted electronically, forms will need to be printed off and mailed into the Extension Office.

4. Write down your password so you can login to make changes or add family members at a later time.

5. Fill out Guardian information. 

If your address is the same as the members, click on the link that says “Same address as member”

Only one parent/guardian needs to be filled out, however, please fill out the forms as completely as possible and as necessary.

6. Select your projects

The Handbook is online if you need project information

The club listed should stay as your primary club, please do not change the club for each project.

7. Print a copy of your enrollment for your records

8. Submit enrollment information

9. Finish (at the top of the page after initialing)

10. Add additional 4-H members in your family (family constitutes children who reside at the same address)

11.  You have the option of paying the state program fee online with a debit or credit card.  If you wish not to submit your payment online, please send a copy of your enrollment forms with a check or cash to the Extension Office.

NOTE: Your enrollment will be processed until payment has been received. 

Reminder: Families that have 4 or more children will have a maximum of $45 program fee.

You will NOT be enrolled in 4-H at Tippecanoe County until you hit the submit button and have paid the program fee.

Using the password you established you may go in and make changes up until May 1.   If you have any questions or problems call 765-474-0793 and we will assist you.

If you complete the online enrollment, there is no need to complete the paper enrollment form. Paper enrollment forms are available online and at the Extension Office
