Beef, Poultry, Rabbit & Swine
Your animal forms and information are due May 15 - Don’t delay! 

Dog
Training sessions are set for Tuesday nights at the fairgrounds. The sessions will be divided into two sessions with beginners 1-2 year at 7 pm and 3 & above at 7:30pm.  Be on the watch in the mail for your Dog Enrollment Form and Vaccination Record that are due May 15.  If you have any questions, please call Janet Kutsenkow

 Indiana 4-H Livestock

Premise ID - (not required for Poultry or Rabbits)
Required for Beef, Goats and Sheep! Not required for swine unless you are planning on showing at the State Fair. You will need to apply for a Premise ID through the Indiana State Board of Animal Health if you have not done so yet. Forms are available at the Extension Office or you can call the number below and apply by phone.

Do you have plans or thoughts about showing at the Indiana State Fair?  Any member enrolled in a livestock project who completes the proper animal enrollment forms submitted on time is eligible to show at the State Fair.  A special entry form needs to be completed by June 1 along with a $15 entry fee per species.  You can stop in and pick up a form or you may do your online entry on the web at the link posted above. 

Special Note:
You must have a Premise ID number on your animal Enrollment Form and State Fair Entry to be eligible to show at State Fair.
