Healthy Warren County - Fit for Life

Healthy Warren County - Fit for Life - Registration Form

January seems to be the time for New Year’s resolutions.  Many times we have good intentions and make a good start but life gets busy and it’s easy to fall off the fitness/diet bandwagon.

Many of the changes need to be changes we make for life.  A diet is a change of your eating pattern until you lose the number of pounds for your goal.  Plan on making lifestyle changes that you can incorporate into your life for a healthier you for LIFE!

Many of us do not eat enough fresh vegetables and fruit, drink enough water, get enough sleep, or exercise.   Making yourself aware of what you do can be a first step towards change.  We tend to feel better if we exercise.  We also tend to feel better if we eat right and get enough sleep.  Making these changes as a part of our life does not happen in a day.

It is also not something we should do just for 6 weeks or a limited amount of time.  These changes should become a part of how We live and by doing them, will make us healthier, firm us up in the process and maybe even lose weight.

Please check out the opportunities to become more active to the right.  Good luck and hope to see you at some of the activities!
