
Warren County Fit for Life Challenge

Purdue Extension – Warren County and Warren County Learning Center
Participants will keep a daily log with 5 healthy choices than can lead to better health.
1. 2 fruit and 3 veggie (1/2 cup) servings each day
2. 7 or more hours of sleep per night
3. 30 – 60 minutes of exercise daily
4. Deep breathing exercises twice each day
5. 64 oz. of water or decaf tea daily
The daily log will be kept for 8 weeks beginning on Monday, January 30. At the end of the 8 weeks, turn your daily log into the Learning Center office. Those who meet the goals each week will be entered into a drawing for prizes. A complete list of rules is available at the Learning Center, Purdue Extension – Warren County office.

Exercise makes us feel better by releasing those feel good endorphins. Finding or making time for exercise seems to elude many of us. Recieve information on how to integrate exercise into your daily routine.
W is for Water
Hydration is important for the health of our bodies. We need to drink more water and liquids to keep the body working efficiently. Learn more about water and its importance in your health.
