On line 4-H enrollment is available in Warren County.  Step by step directions follow. 
Click on - On Line Enrollment, this will take you directly to the enrollment page   

Click on one:
√  New if New 4-H Member or Existing Member with address changes or Existing member enrolling online for first time.
√  Login if Enrolled online in 2012 and want to enroll for 2013.  Enrolled online in 2013 and need to make changes to anything.  
√  View Choose Warren County from drop down box to view Projects in Warren County. (2012 Handbook is online for project information)
√  Select County  Fill in 4-H member info. Choose county. Continue & Save
√  Member Info Check box If you are parent / guardian filling out the form.  This allows you to consent electronically. Enter General Info.  Continue & Save             
√  Parent / Guardian Info click on green address button if same as 4-Her.  Continue & Save
√ Projects Select project, Years in Project and Club. Continue & Save
√  Projects Divisions and Manuals Choose yes or no to needing a new manual . Continue & Save
√  Review Info  Club, Project, Division/Level, Years, Manual needed.  Print, For your records. Continue & Save
√  Parent / Guardian Consent Page Initial all boxes Continue                  
√  Find Another Person in the SAME family who enrolled online in 2012 with same address and is not listed above 
√  Enroll  Begin a new enrollment for another person in the same Family with the same address not listed above, who has not ever enrolled online.  (enroll all in the same family at  the same time)                                        
√  Continue to pay online with credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover) or print and send a check or stop in to pay with cash or check.
       Special Note!!! There is NO FEE for Mini 4-Hers
√  Enroll  Begin enrollment for another person not in the same family.

Using your password you may go in and make changes up until May 1.  If you have any questions or problems call 762-3231 ask for Mary or Billie Jo and we will assist you. Enrollment forms are available online as well as in the Extension Office. 
If you complete the online enrollment, there is no need to complete the paper enrollment form.

4-H Enrollment Forms and Online Reminders:
Club(s) Please be sure to list your Primary Club that you would like to be involved in.

You can belong to a Project Club also or only a Project Club if you want. H&P, Poultry, or Shooting Sports

Signatures and Initials
Parents are required to initial the statement as well as sign the form.  This is required for enrollment in the 4-H Program.  The photo statement is optional.  4-H Member signature is also required.  When doing online enrollment, electronic Initials are acceptable.  

NOTE!  4-H Program Fee
Again in 2013 a 4-H Program fee of $15 per member will be assessed to all members who enroll in 4-H across the state.  The funds generated are being used to enhance 4-H educational resources and programming across Indiana. This fee will help ensure that the Indiana  4-H Youth Development Program will continue to be one of the leading 4-H programs in our state and nation. 

 Exceptions to the fee – Mini 4-H members will not be assessed a fee and families with more than 3 regular 4-H members will only need to pay for the first 3 members.

The Warren Co. 4-H Council will once again be paying the cost of the 4-H Manuals for all of the members who participate in the 4-H Clubs.   The one exception is for any 4-H Club Member(s) who chooses to come into the Extension Office to pick up their manuals .  You will have to purchase you own manuals.
