White County 4-H Junior Leaders

Leadership is the ability of being able to influence the thinking and actions of people. The Junior Leadership Project allows 4-H'ers to develop leadership skills while having fun participating in activities. Some of the many activities Junior Leaders participate throughout the year are County Officer Training, Share-the-Fun Contest, 4-H Camp Counselor, Area 4-H Junior Leader Retreat, and White/Carroll Counties Madam Carroll Cruise.
