or be made by filling out a White County 4-H Booster Club form available at the White County Extension Office.

In addition, a White County 4-H Fund has also been established at the White County Community Foundation, 1001 S Main St., Monticello, IN 47960.

Gifts directly to the White County Extension Office can be made directly to the Purdue CES Educational Fund - White County.
